In a city? I could not agree more.
I wouldn't drive in a city anyway.

If you are in a lot where spaces are plentiful, then using one in a remote area should ensure your car is sufficiently distanced to avoid door dings.

Regardless of where you take up two spaces, the perception of superiority is the same.

Get rid of the locking cable and the cable which connects the two door shocks. If someone tries to steal them, the cable will cause damage to the paint. I think using them in narrow parking stalls makes good sense

Seriously?
You live a whopping 13 miles from Hartford, the largest metro area in CT with over 1 million people.

Let me rephrase:
If anyone with a 911 continues to park in 2 spots in any city, town, or village in the country...it's only a matter of time before someone vandalizes the car in some way.

But hey, it's your car. Continue to do it, but to some people you're just asking for it whether you agree with it or not. It only takes one fool.

LOL... I haven't been to Hartford except to watch the Autocross in years... and that's early Sunday morning.
It's full of crazy drivers. Not gonna happen.

I am listening and learning from what everyone posted. Just trying to decide if it's a location thing.
You are 100% correct it only takes one maroon. If I have any doubts whatsoever about the suitability of a particular lot I take the Blazer.

These boat bumpers never really work and in most cases just makes ya stand out more to the door dinging idiots.
