I got an excellent deal on my Porsche from the Exchange in '08, going there tomorrow to test drive some 11s actually. What you are offered is not their lowest price. If you are serious about a purchase, negotiate. They're not going to open negotiations with their lowest offer. Although it seems you've already made a purchase, so the advice is not worthwhile.

Thanks Fellas! I am excited...its my first Pcar....I did negotiate with exchange and said, i want to buy one and their price was their price, I was obvioiusly serious...they lose. not bad guys though at the exchange..

After negotiating they only gave you 3%? I was up there today, going back Wednesday to talk prices on a 2011 911S. Maybe things have changed, but I'm working with the same guy I bought my 08 from. I'll report back in.
