Hi guys, my current 2011 997 has ventilated comfort seats.Was wondering if you can change these out to sports adaptive seats and would it be worth it.I do not use the car for track and it is not even my daily driver.Do the comfort seats hurt resale value?...Thanks for your help!

Not worth it at all, especially since you'd lose the ventilated part in the switch.

I dont know if the adaptive has any different parts on them except the high wing bolsters

I'd love to have the adaptives.

But I would set aside the "can you?" question - I expect it's any easy swap.

The real question is "how many $ ?"
