This 2008 white 997S came into us completely stock and left with a whole host of track-ready goodies including the SharkWerks light-weight flywheel conversion, EVOMSit software, Tubi Exhaust, and a set of light-weight HRE Competition wheels.
The "classic" before shot as she arrives for surgery:

Up she goes to tackle the transmission and exhaust first:

Out comes the transmission to get access to the factory dual mass flywheel:

I know the XRR factory wheels are heavier, but they look better than the HRE wheels, IMO. But, as long as the owner likes them, that's all that matters.

Nice setup, however, to me the stock wheels actually look nicer! ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
PS. Oh and where's the Tubi?

HRE sends steel lug bolts, they were really heavy and still had to use factory locks so i never used em.. if u want em lemme know... they have the bearing spacer piece and everything, just REALLY heavy.

tell em to go at an angle!.. its amazing how many people go straight or turn the wheel and say "it rubs!" my exige is 2" off the ground and the 997.2 wasn't much more than that and i've yet to see an incline i couldn't get up at the right angle...
