Anyone know current Porsche finance lease rates and loan rates ?

That corresponds to an interest rate of 6.24%. Not a great, subsidized rate. But similar to what a lot of captive finance companies are offering.
58% residual is not bad for 3 years and 12K miles per year.

Initially they offered me $42K and I turned them down. About 4 weeks later they counter offered and gave me the full amount I had asked for which was $55K. By that time it was too late, my local credit union had offered to match their rate and I had already purchased the car anyways. Good luck!

This amount changes, along with the interest rate, according to the market. Their previous cap was $100k.
EDIT: Whoops, you said used.
You should find out in 24 hours if not same day. I can get approval in 60 minutes or less over the phone.

Run, don't walk. The actual MF from PFS is 0.0022. You are much better off with the 24-mo lease as long as you have good negotiating skills and get a good discount on the cap cost. The residual for 24 months is 67%. You should be able to do much better on a 2011 GTS than what was quoted to you (which pretty much assumes that you are buying the car at full MSRP). There are way too many of these cars on dealer lots to have to pay full MSRP for them at this point in the car's lifecycle.
