I assume this is the right place for this, if not let me know where I should post it!
I am looking for the OEM torque spec for the 10 bolts fastening the rotor hat to the ring. They were pretty tight when I removed them and they all gave different removal torques so I can't use that. I have been reading that ~6ft/lbs is the spec for steel rotors with bolts this size but I don't want to mess anything up so I want to see if anyone knows.
The front rotors use 6mm bolts while the back rotors use 4mm bolts so I am guessing the spec is different? Any insight into this would be greatly appreciated! I am making custom hats to mount the PCCB onto another car.
I would look for a similar application to get an idea of the range to use for them. Can you think of a similar application that would use similar materials? And that you have specs for?
