Default Fuel Cap Replacement

Has anyone replaced their fuel cap? I am thinking of replacing stock with aluminum look but do not want to get in over my head. Easy DIY? Thanks in advance.

Easy - vain, over-priced, but easy - one of the 1st things I did.

Yes - very easy. Just push the pin through connecter on the old cap. Place new the cap cable and push in the new pin. Done in 5 mins.

If you search a little there is a guy who actually makes one that looks like the factory aluminum look--but is made of billet aluminum.
