That's why I ordered my car with the manual transmission, I like to "dance" with my car. I've always just rolled my big foot (size 13) over to the throttle rather than heel/toe so it was very interesting to me to see how a world class driver actually does it. I will try this technique when my car gets back on the road this spring.
Can't wait 'till spring!
