Yes, and it works as advertised.
I've used it on my 99 986, 06 C4S and 09 997TT w/o problems.
Unless you are going to scan boatloads of cars, you only need the cheaper model NOT the Profl one.

Coochas...Thank you!! Have a '94 speedster, '96 993, '08 Boxter S, '09 Cayenne GTS and a '10 C4s...i figure if nothing else, it worth the cost of saving me trips to the dealer to reset service lights!!

I have had similar experience, but with 2 pcars - 997 and Cayenne Turbo S - great for resetting service and airbag lights - with that many cars, you will need the pro version, since I think the limit is 3 cars on the hobbyist version.

FVD says it is only good for use on three vehicles but I know that I've used it on two 997s, a 986 and a Cayenne. I'm not sure why that works!

I've got the non-pro version.

It reads out all fault codes.

It can clear the service reminder, but it only has one reset, and its not the correct form of reset... so consider this:

Used it to reset my 997.2 service reminder that came on because the car was 1 year old and 5.2k miles .. time for an oil/filter change. Did the work. Used Durametric to reset the service reminder. My thoughts were. This will reset to 1 year/10k miles from now, or let me set it to some specified date/mileage (better as it gives much more flexibility to specify when new service is due, say you go 14 months to your oil change and want to do your brake flush at the 2 yr mark in 10 mos).

But that was not possible, it reset the counter to 24mos/20k miles. That does turn off the light, but it now has at least 2x the reminder interval I wanted.

The company is supposedly working on it to fix this issue.

I think that is because the original service interval for the 997.1 (2005) was 2yr/20k miles. It was later changed to 1yr/10K at least for the oil service (?2006)
Maybe Durametric didnt update their software yet to reflect that.
