On my second set of RE-11s. Great tire. I prefer over 05A

Very good handling and wear.

May I ask what tire pressures you run front/rear for street on your RE-11's?

The number in bold are the weights of one front plus one rear tire:

Michelin Cup: front/rear 20/27 = 47 lbs

Pirelli Corsa: 21/26 = 47
Continental Extreme Contact DW: 21/28 = 49
Michelin PS2: 22/28 = 50

Continental SportContact 3: 22/28 = 50

Pirelli Rosso: 22/29 = 51

Bridgestone RE050A: 24/31 = 55

Toyo R888: 25/31 = 56

Bridgestone RE11: 27/31 = 59
Don't always believe what you read on the internet.

I have a set of Bridgestone tires (235 F and 305 R) sitting ready to be mounted and weighed them...A single front is 24 lbs while a rear is 31 lbs. I don't consider a few lbs between brands to be that "substantial" at all.

Are you sure you are correct in what you think you might remember??
Tire Rack lists the weight of PS2 as 22 and 28
The Contact at 21 and 28

I run 33/39 and have had good results with higher front tire pressures- up to 36, more neutral, less understeer.

Re weight arguments- in all due respect guys I who can really tell the difference on the street r otherwise ?

Huh?!? when you raise the front pressure and keep the rear the same you should get more understeer not less.
