I’m glad I saw this today. My ‘09 is the same way and the was the last thing to fix. Now I know it’s normal.

The SmartTop module allows for one touch up and down on the pass side window.
Also a horn “meep” for locking and unlocking.

funny enough I don't remember this feature is present on the 991 cars I have driven. definitely not on the other recent Porsche models too.
