Default Orange vs. Gray TPMS for 997.1

I've seen both Orange and Gray colored Beru RDE-001 TPMS sensors for 997.1 car (433 MHz).

Anyone knows what's the difference between the two? and if the Orange (newer) ones are more accurate, faster to learn, or have any other over older Gray ones?

Thanks

I did a bunch of research looking for a set of sensors for my car 2006 C2S and got a couple of conflicting reports online which indicated it could use RDE-005's. I have confirmed that in fact it uses the RDE-001's you are asking about. I have grey one's on my stock wheels and orange on my winter wheels. The orange one's work fine, the advantage down the road will be that the orange are newer and the batteries won't wear out as soon I suspect.

I found a set here at rennlist, ebay is also a good source.
