Leader, to bad they don't number, you may have the 1st US Build. Very Nice!

When I did my C2S with black interior and PCCB brakes, I choose the yellow seatbelts. They really look sharp with the black interior.

That's the only change I would make since you're getting PCCB's.

Can someone tell me how you track an order with Porsche; specifically, with certain manufacturers (BMW comes to mind) you can get the info regarding which ship your car is on and track this online. I think BMW ships via Wallenius. This is the way it used to work; don't know if this system got changed after 9/11 -- and I've never ordered a Porsche before...

I believe you can track Porsche as well, as I think I did my 2007. I don't recall how, though.

Well, guess I have until December to worry about it...

BUT -- come December 8th I want to have this figured out. With BMW and Mercedes you could track the ships. Not directly through a factory system, but it was fairly simple. The Wallenius system only required that you have your car's VIN and it tracked it based on that.

I remember tracking my 2006 as it made its way west to San Diego from Germany.
Naturally, I can't remember how I did it. I know it was a specific website that tracks ships. And I believe my original salesguy told me which ship my car was on.

Send a PM to Eric (BumperPlugs). He can give you the info how to track your ship once your dealer gives you the name of the ship.

Greetings everyone. Does anyone know if you can get electronically adjustable seats but keep the black interior with alcantara?

Yes, go to Porsche USA and select build, GTS, ...
It does not show every option but most of key options are there...

just finished optioning a GTS two weeks ago and there was no 'obvious' way to do what you ask - i was looking for the same thing as i want ventilated seats and can't get them in sport. dealer was looking to see if there was a way to do this outside the configurator.

if you find out yes, please post or PM!

It's interesting because everywhere else it is a no cost add but in the US they are standard. Like many things they don't show up in the car build site even when using 3D but if you talk to a dealer they have dealer only information that shows they are standard. Another item that does not show up when you build is the sunroof but from everything I have read the sunroof is standard and you can not delete it if you wanted to. If anyone knows different feel free to update.

This point (along with the inability to delete the sunroof) is driving me nuts, as my dealer told me (as recently as last week) that the US-spec GTS would not have the rear seats! QUESTION: in a ROW (rest of the world) GTS without the rear seats, how is that area finished out -- and can the parts required to do this be ordered?
