Well, either your production date or your build date are wrong. Hopefully its the second.

gravedgr, check out Hennessy site, appears like your car is listed for sale at $104,575 and even lists last numbers of the S/N... I have seen other dealers list sold cars in their inventory before. Just in case you had not noticed I thought you might like to know. Keep us posted on your expected delivery.

What started me thinking was a post a few days ago about a car available in CA. If Leader is buying from Circle Porsche in Long Beach his car is also online in inventory. It shows the last of the VIN number. Last 3 numbers 673 vs. 684 on your car.

Nope. Mine is from Santa Barbara Auto Group.
I understand why a few dealers list customer-ordered cars in inventory, but it's not a very ethical way to do business since in the majority of those cases, the cars are not available for sale.
If my dealer did it to me, I'd bitch.

Leader, very interesting, does you dealer have an estimate on when they expect to be able to deliver your car?

Gentlemen, it is with great pleasure I announce that my car is on the ship "Grand Legacy," currently at sea...last position reported (Dec. 3) as clearing the English Channel, headed west, having left port the day before.

Assuming this shipload of Porsches, Audis, and Volkswagens will make the usual stops (Davisville, RI, Brunswick, GA, Houston, TX) before San Diego, I'm still guessing the first week of January for delivery to me.

Hurricane season is pretty much over, right? (Seriously)

It should arrive the port of San Diego on 12/27 or earlier.
