Seems to me the lesson here is to drive your DD until the wheels fall off, then sell it and buy another one below market. As for the OP's spelling errors, who cares? He got his point across.

Cash isn't king, negotiation is king. If the time spent by the buyer getting financing in order is a hassle to the seller, then that's a possible reason not to sell to that buyer. Otherwise, who cares? I'll agree with the OP that buyers (and sellers) often misrepresent, act with ignorance, or are just plain annoying. It all boils down to a price that both parties are willing to pay for mutually agreed transfer of goods.

328i isn't XDrive, that's the 328ix. The price you paid reflects one year of depreciation and 4,000 miles driven, and I would suggest that it's a good deal in that light, but not a steal. I like the sweet spot of low-mileage young used cars, so I think it's a keeper from that standpoint.
