Can anyone recommend to me any of the Top Gear videos or Seasons that are entertaining and feature P-Cars. I watched a few clips on Coochas' site and would like to own them. Thanks

Go to Youtube and type in Porsche 997 / Top Gear and you will find
a number of good vids.

 

There's a Porsche reference on nearly every episode, and probably 1/5 of the episodes have a Porsche in it in one way or another.

 

The episodes without Porsches are worth watching, too. It's simply an all-around excellent show!

 

You should look for the episode in which they launch a Reliant Robin into space....

 

Search for the TG video where Jeremy Clarkson destroy a 911.

Great thanks for all the info. I am a late comer to the top gear show. I was watching an episode on Coochas with the 3 guys watching the Stig race an Aston Martin, 997S, and an M6 on some mountain road in the rain. They went fishing too. I was laughing the entire 24 minutes. It was so funny. They seem like really good guys. I am going to order some of the episodes from Amazon.

 

If you have a DVR, set up a season to record. This show is a riot. They trash the greatest cars on earth on their track. And their challenges are hysterical.

 

Best car show on television. Possibly the best show period.

 

I don't get the channel they are on. I have Comcast and already pay over $100 per month. I think in order to get that channel I would have to increase my subscription again 30 dollars. I think I will just order a few of the seasons on DVD. Any thoughts on which ones to start with? Season 9 looks good.

 

I enjoyed the Carrera S, BMW M6 and AM Vantage comparo race on the Isle of Mann quite a bit. Try to find that one. I won't spoil the ending for you

Clarkson often has a lot of nasty things to say about 911s. Still, treat it like the typical Clarkson BS - something to laugh at, not something to take seriously - and it's funny rather than annoying.

As for P-cars, season 10 episode 1 (I think) is awesome: they look for the best driving roads in Europe in a 997.1 RS, V8 Vantage N24 & and Gallardo superleggera

Each and everyone of the special "challenge episodes" are great.

 

My favorite show by a long shot - in fact, it's the only TV show that I actually watch.
