Just saw this on google video. Anyway this video was posted (he doesn't seem active anymore) here by a rennlister several years ago, anyone know the title or name of the artist being played on his stereo? Cool video but even cooler tune. Anyone?

I can tell you that he shot it in front of the Santa Barbara mission, and then later on Mountain Drive in SB. He's not local--misidentified the reservoir.
