Nice thread. I am really addicted to this forum. I am a transplant from Pelican Parts. I am thinking of gettitng a C2 for my DD as I think it will be more reliable than my 964 although I have had no troubles as of yet. Have any of you ever been stranded in your 997 because of mechanical failure? That is what worries me the most so I have yet to venture far with my 964 usually stay within 40 miles of home.

If you're going for custom colors, consider linen full leather interior. My '87 Targa was Diamond Blue, linen supple leather interior and blue top. Kind of a chick car.......but there's nothing wrong with color combinations that really pop.
