Default OT: My new 997 (AUTOart)

Picked up a Porsche car model.
It's 1:18 scale.

That's good for you, having a matching model car, but I'm having a hard time finding a 1:18 in Maritime Blue.

I looked at every vendor at Barrett Jackson for my color - Carmona red w/ tan interior.
I couldn't even a find a tan interior that I could paint.
Great addition to a work desk, although it could lead to excessive time off.....

You are supposed to buy a car model first, then shop for the matching car.

Yep---mine is an AUTOart model, too.

I agree---the detail is stunning. Look very closely and you actually can see yourself in the model's rear-view mirror---Wow!
