i find it ironic.. the damage they have done is borderline worse than the damage by bugs and debris, so why even put the film on?

With a few exceptions, no one is putting the film on for the sake of how the film looks (other than those who wrap a car). So if you are lucky enough to wonder "why", then you don't need it.

Default tacky?

ahhhh! one of the forums worst and most inaccurate references to something that has been done on cars for years.... give me break, can spot a car from 100X feet away with it? You must be a super hero.......................

Get it done by a hack and see the results posted here, get it done by a reputable installer and you will have a nice result....

Not surprised, but there are razor cuts. For those questioning, this was a precut kit applied to this Turbo before we got our hands on it. Custom or precut, there is a risk of such damage if the applicator is lacking experience / skill.

And here is our replacement of the film. Most of those razor cuts left by the previous installer was polished out.

I have decided with White paint to not do the film the car. I was always dissapointed
in the dulling of the paint from the film. Plus what is the long term effects.
Has any one pulled off the film after 4 years? What hapens then.
If I had a dark car (black blue dark silver) I would still do the film.
White makes a lot better paint for no film. I just wax the crap out of it.

I hope you don't mind paint chips all over your rear fender flares. I purchased a car with only 5000 miles on it. The clear stone guards had been removed when the car was new, and there were dozens of stone chips on each fender where the stone guards had been removed. The stone guards were put there for a good reason. They can always be replaced if they yellow, which I don't think is the norm.

That's some pretty bad work. Good thing the guy found you guys to fix what the other guy couldn't do! Look forward to seeing what it looks like after the fix. Great job as always Premier.

The rear panels are easily replaced with film that will not yellow.

Had my turbo about a week before I had the dealer redo them. They are not the same thicker film used on the front ends of many vehicles, and are both thinner and clearer.

Though not a big film fan, that is one spot I can live with. Rejexed right over it, all is well with the world.

Yup, that looks exactly like how you guys did my Pcars. Premier has worked on 5 or 6 of my cars (can't remember) and countless friends / relatives. All praise them with high marks. Premier rocks!!!
