Well brand new 09's were selling for 20K off MSRP last fall. And there are still a few new ones around selling at similar discount.

I would think that $30K off would be a reasonable starting place. Problem may be that the buyer purchased his car long before those big discounts started. When 09's first came out people were paying nearly MSRP. So he may not be willing to accept that Porsche discounts devalued his car.

115 was MSRP, you are exactly right.

Is there any reason to CPO if I am leasing short term (24-30 months)? It will still be covered under warranty.

I think you answered your own question. If you will be covered by original factory warranty during your lease period, no need to have CPO costs baked in.

I think the 85 number is right but I surely would negotiate hard to go to $79K. 2011s are around the corner.

There are still leftover 2009 cabs out there! I just bought my 09 C4 coupe for just over $20k under sticker - you can still pull the same deal - maybe even better!

Look at this dealer's stock - these are prices they're posting BEFORE negotiation!!

Who is going to lease you a pre owned Porsche? the PFS lease residuals on a 2009 and the money factor they have on a 2009 are a joke, you could lease a 2010 cheaper.
