Default 977.2 Bose system cutting out...

I'll get this checked at the dealer but was hoping for an easy fix/explanation...every so often, the only sound coming from my system is through the sub-woofer. It will resolve in time only after a few shut downs and start ups. All system operations are involved...sound through the sub only. Anyone experience similar? When working...all sounds great without any problems. This glitch is only at start up. Thanks!

I've never heard of this issue.

I had an issue where my radio would magically change stations until one day is stopped working altogether but would only boot up and shut down over and over again without any way of stopping it. Real annoying. Took about 3-4 months to resolve and then end solution is that they gave me a new radio and the problem was solved.

Don't know if update 1.4 would fix your problem, but what version is your PCM?

My PCM version is whatever was on the 09 launch model...I suspect 3.0...has nav and XM...no changer. Happened again on saturday...I shut down the car and my son remained, listening to the radio. When I started the car back up, voila!...all sound through the rear subwoofer only...the one against the back which is ported. Turned radio off. Started and shut down numerous times and to no avail. About 1/2 hour later...starting up after another stop...Voila!...on again! Guess I'm the first!
