whats the offical claimed speed? 0.7, 0.8 sec??? tks

I think I remember something like .2 sec in sport mode. But my memory isn't as good as it used to be.

really? thats insane? I thot F1 cars were approx 0.4s. Do i have my units wrong?

F1 cars use seamless shift transmissions - shifting takes around 0.05 seconds all-in.

Adias, I'm a little dissappointed. I was for sure you'd be the 1st to chime in !!!

In the future the driver will be connected to the car via electrodes and he will be able to shift just by thinking it . Not unlike in the movie "Avatar" !!! Porsche will call it "PCS" or Porsche Cerebral Shifting. And of course P will void any tranny warranty claims saying that the driver "thought" of shifitng to late.
