While the some dealerships may prematurely start the warranty clock, this would have to be clearly disclosed to the buyer. Otherwise, the State Attorney General would be all over it.

OK, now I understand where you were coming from in your previous post. Initially, I didn't pick up on the fact that the OP was trying to tell you that your car had been "punched" prior to you buying it..... and I agree with your "assumptive BS" statement.
