Default New (used) Car + Snowstorm, ahhhhh!

Got my car Friday 05 Carrera (Midnight Blue) and had just enough time to drive it home from dealer before our snowstorm hit. This is torture. Can only sit and stare at it in the garage. What a cruel, cruel joke.

Congrats.
Know how you feel 4" of snow here. No way I am going out on the streets with a Pcar. The salt is bad enough but if anyone wants to see people who cant drive on snow or Ice try Memphis worse that bumper cars at fair.

Spring is almost here Just go do some detailing make her shine even more. My wife tells me all the time she wish I would put near the effort in her as I do car. I tell her car hasnt complained any!!!!

Enjoy in good health

Gj

I know how you feel Western, I'm in Cary as well. I got to look at my car plenty today while attempting to shovel the driveway...

Bought my new 911 here in Ohio in November - I have put on 200 miles since I bought in with the great winter driving weather here in Ohio:

Frustrating for sure. Hang in there....

Any mods you have planned in the future ? Might be a good time to get started on them now ( if you're the DIY type) and knock them out before the clean roads are back.

Enjoy the car. We need more pics !!!

Drive mine everyday, rain, snow sleet or sun. C4 with winter tires, no problems, actually it is a blast is the snow.

Is that yours in your avatar, or a different one? Pretty car!

Yep, that's my car. Thanks! Decided to take it out yesterday. Could not wait any longer. A little dirty now, but then again, it needed a good wash and detail anyway.

I took my 2009 C4S out in our recent snow (under very controlled conditions). I just have the summer tires. Overall, no problem, but moderate-hard acceleration produced a metallic clunk. Not sure if that was the front drive engaging. Put it safely away in the garage. The snow will melt soon.

Put winters on and enjoy! It also will make your summers last longer!

Just light up a smoke in the garage and start her up, listen the flat-six pur in the garage and just meditate to it.
