I am going to change my PS2 rears soon, and since it almost costs the same to get a full set of Bridgestones for just the cost of PS2 rears, I might consider switching.
Just wondering what's the lowest price ppl have seen for the widebody PS2 rears (305/3019)? So, I keep a look out, they are $550 now!
Thanks

4 new RE050A N1 will be better than 2 new PS2 rears along w/ 2 old tires.

I might. Age is also a factor.
N1 is the new formulation, superior to N0.
I would stick w/ N-rated tires.
Also, what's the diff between N1 and N0? just general improvements?
There's also Bridgestone RE-11 (not N-rated)... any comparisons between the two?

Do a search either here or on 6speed. Someone commented on the RE-11 tires a month or so back. I just bought the RE050A's for my car. They happen to be N0 since in my rush I forgot to check the other selection on Tire Rack. But I suspect there isn't much difference. One thing I like about the RE050A's, besides much lower price, is they have a similar rubber shoulder on the sidewall as the PS2's, which makes the tires look wider as well as providing minor protection for the rims.

I have RE050A RFT on my BMW 545i and they are great. I know they are not directly comparable but I think the wear rating on the RE050A are lower than the PS2. Just my 2 cents
