Geez, Dan, I had to turn my computer upside down. This caused me to spill my coffee cup which caused my office papers to get wet, causing me to rush to get a towel, tripped over the trash, leading to a sprained ankle!

Limping off to work now.....

Is this only for S models, or all 997s?

I have a sneaky hunch it's for all models.

That's better than my A4, which washes the headlights whenever they are on.

I go through a gallon of washer fluid in the winter in about two weeks.

In my Range Rover, whenever, I use the washers on the windshield,
the computer sends a message to the headlight washers, which is
all eletrical and the result is a fire.

Once those washers come on the entire hood and fenders are covered with washer fluid... They make a mess. Is there any way to turn them off?

make sure you are doing at least 80 mph on the tenth incidence of washing your windshield with the headlights on, that will direct the stream at the headlights so that they get washed, and not your fenders

For the 997.1 cars it applied to the bi-xenon cars obviously (having headlight washers). All the 997.2 cars have those headlights now.

Have someone activate them for you sometime when you're standing in front of the car. It's quite a sight, as those front tubes elevate to roughly the center of the headlight housing and then blast away!

Rain? You bet it rains in SoCal! I got over 8 inches in last week's storm.

I'd like to see this. Can they be manually activated, and if so how?
