They will go in snow but you MUST install a set of snow tires.

I drive mine in the snow all the time. Unless the snow is really deep, the car is spectacular in the snow...since you can feel the slightest twitch, you can also react. On several occasions when the weather was really bad here in Southwestern Ontario, I have driven to my office on days my wife can't get her all wheel drive Honda Pilot up the hill near our house. Sweet!

Thanks everyone!! put 900 miles on since friday, am having big fun with this car. ordered a set of Pirelli Winter 240 Sottozero Serie II for the winter months. The PCM 3.0 is a huge step forward. iPod/iPhone bluetooth integration super slick, great U/I. welcome surprise coming from the 2.1 in my Cayenne–nice work Porsche! I do like the sport buckets, had some long stretches in that 900 miles, fairly comfortable. However, I can tell that at 6'4/205, i am at the very edge of the ergonomic envelope. Not sure these seats would be my first choice if i was ordering a car. Ordered some OEM 5mm spacers, hopefully they will show up today. Be nice if you could set sport chrono plus as the default (i've been crying about that since my 07 C2S), other than that no complaints. Plan to put on the remaining 1k break-in miles this weekend!

Im 6'2", 200lbs and the sports buckets are awesome for fit and comfort. I'd get them in another car down the line. I have 750 break in miles but in & out of the car numerous times with no problem negotiating the seats. The manual adjustment is a breeze with a fit so good that I'd pass up an electrically adjustable seat at this point.

You've discovered a well kept secret. Manual seats are fast to adjust. Electric seats are slow.

To the OP: congrats on that 4S!

No height adjust though a specific installation base might be available to do just that. They're SWEET in every other way. No other adjustments necessary.
