Anyone making stainless or chrome tips for 997.2 PSE??
I love the sound of 997.2 PSE but can't stand the look of the circumcised hot dog tips we get from the factory. Posted on this topic awhile back but no one seemed to have any info on alternate tips. Is FabSpeed or anyone else working on good alternate stainless or chrome tips for 997.2 PSE??? There would be a substantial demand and market for such a product... Any updates or insight on this would be much appreciated.

Have you seen these? Comparatively speaking, believe these are slightly longer than the stock PSE tips - plus they come in 2 versions - Diamond Black or polished silver. I have them on my car + the AWE mufflers...I'm pleased.

zekeman - Thanks for your reply. I did see those, but the catalog page clearly states "not for cars equipped with optional factory Sport Exhaust option at this time." Extremely frustrating - amazing as it may be, it appears that not a single aftermarket exhaust company has tapped the market to produce upgrade 997.2 PSE tips - unfreakinbelievable that there is nothing on the market nor does there appear to be anything on the horizon.

If you look at the Porsche configurator, the PSE option shows the hot dog pipes, but if you select the Carrera Power kit option, the configurator shows the 997.1 style pipes, with one large and one small pipe per side. I don't know if these are really available, or if this is simply a mistake on the web site.
