Too bad about Calif - I've driven through Calif from seattle 20x and never had an issue - I haven't had a front plate on any of my P cars in 35 years and never got stopped here in Seattle or anywhere else.
Now the cops in Seattle are too busy with the drug addicted zombies sh_tting all over the streets to worry about it now.
