Parked illegally for sure. On the opposite side of the road etc... It looks like is the bus driver fault. Pulling out of traffic in such as high rate of speed.

Assuming I'm correct that this is in the UK, left side(right hand) driving... that bus seems to be out of control as it is, running up on the sidewalk and taking out the car, the bus stop, etc... it seemed that there was no way for that bus to be driving in a normal fashion as the BUS was on the wrong side of the road, going way to fast around a blind corner. The P-car parking at the bus stop wasn't to smart either.

I think the busdriver scared for a moment becaus he saw the VW, that's why he moved to the right, and couldn't turn anymore...
