Talking New to me 997 C2S Cab

Thought I better post the requisite pics before I start asking questions which I'm sure will come. This is my new (to me) '05 C2S Cab ... replacing my '06 Boxster-S. Picked it up yesterday from Downtown Porshe in Toronto and had a wonderful 4 hr fall drive back.

First impressions on this longer drive are that this beast will be a hoot on the track. The Boxster-S was an amazing car - probably the better daily driver of the two in my opinion - but on-ramps with the C2S were a revelation and passing on the local back highways was a blast.

Its gonna be fun re-adjusting to Calabogie with all that extra power and back-end weight !

Nothing better than a nice drive with the top down. Congratulations, the car looks deadly.

I really like the red S on the rear logo. Carrera S on a black car looks cool. I didn't know Porsche had that as an option on the 997. Do you know if it was home made or a custom order?

Congrats on the car, if all goes well, I should be picking up my '06 Carrera S cab tomorrow. Can't wait to go for a drive.

As mentioned below, you can get a red 'S' from bumperplugs.com. My car also came with a red 'S', but I bought '911' in silver to replace the black 'Carrera'. Lots of options on there and fun to figure out something to switch it up that will make your car look a bit unique.

Glad to see that you have some time left in the season to enjoy it! When I ordered my cabriolet I thought it would be nice to have a convertible for a change--never realizing down the road how much I keep the top down!
