Default C2S vs. C4S rear deck lid

Hi,
can anyone tell me if I can replace the rear deck lid on my MY10 C2S with he one from the C4S?
I like the red reflector strip of the 4 cars, but I am not sure about its width....
Also, Do I have to replace the whole thing, or just the outer frame of the lid?
Thanks.

I don't see the difference!

Seriously, probably two to three parts.

I was under the impression that for the MY09 cars, the reflector was only available on the C4S and Targa 4S, not on the C4, but when I asked the dealer they said it was standard on ALL 4 cars....
I'd like to put that on my white C2S. I think it looks good on white.
This morning I had a white C4S Cab in front of me on my way to work, and it looked awesome.

It is not standard on the 997 turbo from MY09 or MY10. Thus,--not on all 4-WD cars.

Turbos are different cars. You don't have an option for a 2 WD Turbo!
Also, the MY09 Turbo had the old Style 997.1 body, engine, tran and etc. The new one with the 997.2 style is coming out now, as we speak. I haven't seen one at the dealers yet, nor on the street.....

I agree - I thought the red reflector only came on the C4S or T4S.

Take a look at the 996 Turbos for an historic perspective. They also lack that cluttered up look of the rear center reflector.

Sadly, the rear center reflector found on the 09 4 cars looks quite contrived,--added as an afterthought. it's not as well integrated as they were on the 1974-1988 911s, the 964s and the 993s.

That's what I thought too. All 4's have the Red reflector.
