I went in 2007, arranged by Porsche Australia, there were 18 of us in the group. We also went to Leipzig for a day for factory tour and half day on track with various 911 models and Cayanne.

Also notify your credit card company and your bank for ATM purposes that you will be out of the country. I did European delivery for my 5 Series a couple years ago and had to scramble for cash in particular because I did neither.

Bring back a Carrera S with no sunroof...try to set up meeting with Porsche marketing department and beat them over the head and explain to them plently of Americans would like a Carrera without a sunroof.

Is that correct? I thought if you are a Porsche owner that would be enough to get you in.
That is what Porsche Aust stepulated, we had to carry our membership card with us, perhaps there was a discount on the trip?

I'm headed to Germany in the morning. I was thinking of buying another pair of Zeiss Scopz shooting glasses, which are by far the best (and most expensive) driving sunglasses I've ever owned.
