Turned 10,000 miles on my 997.2 PDK C2S Cab on the way back from Austin yesterday. What a great car. It uses a little more oil than I would like (a quart about every 2,000 miles) but outside of that it is spectacular. My fifth Porsche and by far the best.

Nice to see you´re driving the thing and having fun with it.
Mine has 4200Km/2600Mls in one month of ownership, and I´m enjoying more and more each day passes by. PDK really makes it a different driving experience.
Till now, zero oil consumption.
Any pics of your car, looks really great from your avantar.

Mine has only 7500 miles in 8.5 months, but I have also put over 20k on the Cayenne GTS in 14 months both great vehicles and the Cayenne is also a great tow vehicle. I have also notice a little more oil usage than previous 911 models but still very respectable. I am completely satisfied with my '09 C2s and do like the PDK. Next two days I will be thrashing one around Barber Motorpark at the Porsche Masters course.... and again in the rain.

Now you guys are making me itchy...Mine is a 2008 C2S with 20K babied miles Added some goodies like upgraded springs and aways, SSK, and "hacked exhaust" and love getting into this thing each morning for my fun fun fun drive to work. I am now so curious how much better the new one is...I am hearing good things. My lease is up in ~ 12 months, so instead of the E63 or C63 as a new DD, I may have to return to the Porsche well.....

yah...don't tell my wife, but I am leaning toward a new cab when this lease is up...love my coupe, but something about a convrt, especially living in s FL, just seems too perfect to pass up. Would I give up too much handling performance going the convert route?

But if you track the car regulary ( more than once a month) coupe is the best option.

Cool I love the track, but don't have the chance to get out there as often as I'd like with family committments...that is what I have a radar detector and use the side roads in FL as my personal Sebring.....
