Paul - the enclosed instructions are basic, but WE provide our customers with a detailed pdf showing various tips and tricks, along with a few threads, including Gundo's great pictures, that get you through it.

RIJ...the oem unit will cost you thousands installed and does not provide anything better. In fact the Dension unit, which has now been around for years and has a very large installed base, is a fully featured product allowing USB and Bluetooth for under $800. Now if the vehicle is an '09, you have very few options. Up to and including '08, Dension will answer the need.
