Wicked. Ugly ++ There has been a thread over in 996-Land where a guy modified a 996TT into a Frankenstein. Spent a fortune on crap to make it something it's not. I suggested that he MIGHT maybe get $30K from someone dumb enough to offer it. I think he had it on Ebay for $50K something.

With the economy the way it is, these customizers of crap are going to have to let go of their staffs!

I am really befuddled by who might buy these things. Other than ignorance or stupidity, I'm drawing a blank. I wonder if a foreign purchaser might not understand the meaning of a "salvage" title. Also, I guess someone could get confused by them selling "2010" model cars that are based on "2001" Porsches. But you'd think you'd look into it before spending $50K+....

Now that I'm thinking about it; I actaully witnessed one of their 'creations'. A 1999 Boxster with body kit, wheels (chromies) and spacers. Interior leather was red.

I posted pictures in OT; but apparently people thought it was 'classless' to make fun of someone's car who's servicing with us.

Classless? Not as 'classless' as that damn car!!

Wicked really sums it up to me... and I dont mean wicked in the way "the young kids" say it.

Wicked as in "it looks utter ****e".... Why would want a car ruined in this way?

Why can't they let those poor, wrecked 996s die in peace? Isn't there a law against mutilating corpses?

These guys make Gemballa look classy.

they have been advertising in the Dupont Registry for many years. Someone must be buying, since they are still in business.

They probably get the donor salvage 996 real cheap.

This car is wicked cool! I can only imagine how envious you all will be of me as I ride around in this baby. I'm sure these negative posts are a direct result of your envy, as only someone of my wealth and stature can drive a machine like this. The fact that they put out a 998 far ahead of the official Porsche release speaks loads about this company.

Everything about the car speaks high class; "Wicked Raven Black" paint, "Wicked-7 08 Rear Bumper", "Wicked-7 Floor Mats" , "Wicked-7 Mega Wide Body" and on and on!

They want 94K for it, but i think it is worth much more. I'm going to use the Ebay Offer option and offer them $105,000 before they come to their senses and raise the price higher.

See ya, suckers

I think they actually named the company quite appropriately. A few definitions:

- "Evil by nature and in practice."
- "Severe and distressing."'
- "Highly offensive; obnoxious: a wicked stench"

Yeah, that about covers it. I guess the company name, "Regoddamndiculous" was already taken.

It even have a turbo intake.. How??? WTF, I'm clueless on how they did it, where are the parts from? How can one butcher a piece of art?

i have seen some of their other "creations", they like to use salvaged 996's. I once saw a salvaged 996, with 997 GT3 front bumper, old used GT3 engine. They called it a 997 GT3. It was special!

The front nose kind of looks like Darth Vader's mask...
Also is that airbag dust all over the front dash? Might also be an AGLA custom steering wheel.
