My neighbor has a new F430 and I could easily smoke that car in the twisties. IMO...
It performs great, but the mass is there. It may not bother you, it bothers me. It's 300-400lbs extra pulling you sideways.

drove the tt today! Awesome car, but way too much power for me! The S will do just fine. The dealer was doing his best to sell the aqua blue lauch cab. Nice color, but I want white or red with black.

If you do buy the tt, congrats!!!!

one can't complain of too much power, right?

I test drove the TT and found that it is too powerful, to the point that it can get frustrating.

As 95% of my driving is in the city with no highway, I found it frustrating to step on the gas pedal for just 2 seconds and then time to back off. TT doesn't make sense for my driving, a C2S is more than adequate. My next car is a GT3 for more track than street use.

But for you Jack, definitely go for it!

Get the TT. 100 more HP and more Tq can never be rationally argued against when you're talking public roads. Use the extra power for passing and for more point-and-shoot fun.

Too much power CAN get you in trouble. Either on unfamiliar roads, or with the authorities.

You will see a definite change in the ride dynamics because of the added weight.
