If its just squeeks while the roof is opening or closing, I don't much care about that - the pivot points and all involved. Its when the roof is stationary and you get sounds then I'd do as TomE indicated -
Squeeks are two parts rubbing against each other and the solution we have is to let them slide a bit by lubrication. The other option is to make sure enough force is applied to prevent the movement - typically not something we can do here, short of making the mating surfaces more sticky.
Rattles are loose parts - either stronger springs or take the slack out with the existing spring tension, or dampen the contact surfaces.
