Hi,

looking to add a 997.2 base carrera.
i already have a 997.1 S.

Found one with 60k miles, 36k plus taxes ....40k otd.
I will give it to my wife as a present.
It is a 2009 base carrera manual with very few options.It was 88k brand new in 2009.
If PPI is good, Does the price seem good? It is at a dealer but does not have warranty.

Your input is appreciated.

$36K seems like a great price for a base .2 with 60K miles i think. Have a good PPI done and have it checked out.

That's an unusually low price, so yes, if everything checks out, it's a great deal.

Agree that is low. Definitely get a PPI and also see if you can get service records as well.

Thats a great price. That car should be around $40 to 42.

That doesn't seem too bad. I bought a CPO '09 997.2 base Cab with PDK and heated/cooled seats and a heated steering wheel for $43K with 56k miles, last Oct.

Just bought a 2010 .2. It has 28k miles, manual and very few options/extras (heated seats, turbo wheels, 3M). No warranty.

PPI was solid and tire tread was deep. 2 owners local to me. Was in the market for a .1S in the $38k price range but saw this, thought the price was good even though more than I wanted to spend so went for it. 1 month in and very happy so far - just added a car seat for my little dude.
