It would be good to stay OT and post 997.2 specific issues. 911 oil usage is not a 997.2 gremlin. All boxer engines may use some oil (some more than others).

997.2 Carrera C2 with PDK. 3000 miles to date. Some soot on the exhaust but no other problems to date. Runs like a dream.

Added one quart oil total during the 3000 miles.
