The rear wheels have to be removed. Then a metal heat shield, the coil packs and connector for solenoid hydraulic valves(?) come out. This is shown in pages 826 & 827 of the 997 shop manual.

I have a pdf (huge file of over 127 meg) of this manual on DVD, but can't figure out how to cut the section out to save it as a separate file to email it.
