Default FS-997.1S Fabspeed headers and muffler bypass pipes

I sold my 2005 997S and removed the headers before the sale. These were used for one summer. The headers come with the copper gaskets. The headers are in good shape but have changed color from when they were new. PM if interested.

Headers: $750 plus shipping
Muffler bypass pipes:$150 plus shipping

I will sell Separately, but I will not ship out of the US.

Do they fit a 2007 Carrera 2 with Porsche XLF Sports exhaust system?

I am not sure if they will or not. My car was a 2005 S without the sports exhaust. I have some pictures of the original manifolds that I will post and maybe you could look to see if yours are the same. Maybe another member could confirm.

They will fit. The headers connect to the cats which were the same on the 997.1 regardless of which muffler was used---PSE or standard.

The headers are sold. I still have the bypass pipes available.

How were the pipes? Were they too loud? Any positive or negative thoughts on pipes?

The bypass pipes are very loud. You could be very light with the gas and make it acceptable, but as soon as you give it extra throttle it would be very loud. My wife drives my car and she did not like it. They are great for track days and it only took about an hour to switch them back and forth. As far as seat of the pants feel, the car seamed to rev easier. My butt is not a dyno, but it did seam to accelerate a little quicker. That may just be because of the sound. If you like loud you would love these pipes. If you are trying to come home late at night and don’t want anyone to hear you, these bypass pipes are not for you.

On the website they have a primary bypass x pipe and a secondary muffler bypass, which one do you have? Does anyone know the difference?

Extremely interested!!! I'm currently awaiting an email from the guys at fabspeed to see if the muffler bypass pipes will work with the gt3 conversion, and the cat bypass pipes. If that setup works I will take them off your hands today!
