Default shifting question

In which RPM range do you shift up in each gear until your car is warmed up?

4k or less. Once oil is up to op temp, you may approach redline. Just don't go over it, and especially do not miss a down shift.

For me it depends upon a lot of things. Just how cold is it? Am I heading down a hill or up. There is no simple answer to these things.

Although I usually shift around 4k when the engine is cold (that would be twice a day here), the oil flows pretty freely all the way down to ambient zero (AM cold car/engine/world), so I don't really think there is much problem running it higher. OTOH there really isn't much point in pushing the revs higher for commuting; just wastes gas for little fun. There are times when that fun is everything, however, which is why I drive it every day!

Low RPM without lugging the engine which can be worse that running it high while cold. Water and oil need to get to temp so the metals are at a constant temp level to avoid stress on engine parts.

I shift it like an econo "slush box" until to full temp, then Sport mode on, normal PASM, and I'm off driving the engine the way it sounds best!

When cold I'll short-shift @ 3K, however, once warmed @ 4.5-6k rpm. : )
