FWIW i just bought new take off 19" widebody Carerra Classic five spokes with 4 brand new ps2 N1 rated for $1900.00 from the dealer. Your price for used wheels and tires is a little aggressive. Good Luck though - nice wheels.

Did Michelin just start making cups for the lobster forks or are these tire sizes not ideal for those wheels? My dealer has told me that the only "R" compounds for the Lobsters are Pirelli Corsas.

The fronts are fine but the rears are a little stretched. I'd prefer 11.5 or 12" rears but they will work as is. I am needing a set of track wheels and tires for my C2S but am looking for a deal.

Perfect Fitment
On the Tire Rack & Michelin Web Sites they suggest a wheel width of 10.5" - 11.5" for the 305 Pilot Sport Cup. The size of these rear wheels is 11" x 19". The fit is great and grip is stunning. Under full power the rear end is planted.http://http://www.tirerack.com/tires...irePageLocQty=
Since the 'lobster fork' is the lightest Porsche OEM 19" wheel and the MPSC is an especially light tire the unsprung weight advantge helps.
As before, the price is negotiable.

I've been using various sizes of MPSCs for a few seasons and I have been very pleased. In my experience they wear evenly and (for R rubber) last a long time. With the proper air pressure they have imense grip in both slow and fast corners. Best of all, with the 305s in the back, you can get on the gas early coming out of the corner and the rear end is planted so you are able to take full advantage of all the 911s power -- no need to feather in the throttle. Also, the grip of the MPSCs seems to really help boost braking performance. Expensive tires, but worth it.
