Now I get it.
I am 23 and I guess I have to pay what I have to pay.
Anyway, I will enjoy my ride and post some pictures of mine soon.
Thank you for your help guys.
Well at least get some quotes from other companies. I bought my 997 when I was barely 25 and I was only paying about 1700 a year at the time.
Besides your age, being an international student is another significant factor. Been there, done that. It gets better when you switch from F-1 to H-1, but you really won't have the best rates and conditions (for insurance, mortgage, store credits, etc.) until you get your permanent residency ("Green Card"). Establishing a solid credit history is another moderating factor that takes time for new arrivals.

Hell, if age reduces your annual premiums, I should be paying about $3.50 per YEAR!
The OP could be getting a bargain, in 1970 I was 24 (guess Im old now) , bought my first porsche, a new 911T for $6500, the insurance was $2100/yr., or about 1/3 the cars value.
