Wow. Looks great. I would have guessed it was the lowered PASM as well. Can't wait to see the lowered PASM with spacers...that should be even sweeter.

I love the speed yellow however, wondering about the old adage about cop magnet for yellow and red. Seems like even with a basalt black car, I am getting my share o'tickets...lord help me if I had a very bright car!

Nice spec and welcome to the PCCB club!
Nicly done on the spec of color and interior colors. Take some shots of the interior and post them as well.
Interesting the PASM now looks lower than my PASM '06 C2S.
Now, get some time out on the roads before the long sleep during winter. Invest in some Tire Cradles and a good charger/maintainer as it sits.
Regards,
Deanski

Since we live in NYC our car is used only on weekends. I drive it as many weekends as possible (weather permitting) throughout the winter but only on dry clean roads. This means that every week or every other week we usually get a nice day to take a drive locally. I have never had a problem with handling with summer tires because I am aware of the decreased traction and drive conservatively. I wait until the snow or ice is cleared and have driven my Porsches for many years throughout the winter without any problem. Since it is not a daily driver I can choose which days that I do or do not want to drive. If I had to depend on driving it every day then that would be a different story.

I was thinking the same thing. the new 997.2 look lower with PASM than the 997. Even without the Sport PASM option.
In Europe I saw a new C2 with PASM next to an old 2008 C2S at the dealer and the new C2 looked lower.
Porsche said they changed the set up of PASM for the new model. Maybe that's why...
