Default Will 997 TT wheels & tires fit a 997 C2s?

I'm wondering these will fit, and if the larger 305 rubber can be run on a turbo wheel on a narrow body 997 .

Also, does it look weird, or does it actually look aggressive..? Pics appreciated

faced with my snow tire dilemma, I am considering getting a new set of 19" wheels, and thought about either the turbo wheel, or the 2009 s pentagram wheel.

I just started looking on ebay..Any other good places for deals on replicas or take offs ?

As a close second option I have found a set of replica carerra II's for $499, brand new on ebay. Vendor with lots of feedback

Hey there not sure about the rims, but I know for certain that the rubber will fit nicely. When i changed my tires after the first set expired, I upsized to 305's in rear,a nd kept the fronts same, which I believe are stock on both 997s and Turbo I would call tirrerack or p-car dealership and ask the rim question. As for rims, just my .02 I woould not get replicas I would either get a porsche rim, or buy something good from a reputable after market manufacturer.

I went to 305s in the rear on my S as well. I was worried that the slight improvement in grip might make for even more understeer, so I went with a slightly more aggressive alignment (more negative camber up front and no toe is my preference) to compensate.

Default Turbo Wheels

Yes. There is a 2008 Carrera with Turbo wheels at a Virginia Beach dealership as we speak. If you go to the Porsche website and build a car, it will allow Turbo wheels as an option.

Sure - just make sure you get the TT wheels that have the narrow body (C2) offsets. The fronts on both the narrowbody version and the widebody version are the same - it's the rears that are different. The OEM TT wheels have a much different rear offset becasue of the widebody.

If the rear offset is a narrowbody offset - say 67mm, then adding a 17mm spacer would give you an effective rear offset of 50mm which is a typical widebody offset. If you added a 17mm spacer to a widebody offset you really would push the wheel out too much with an effective offset of 33mm.

1crazy canuck,

jhbrennan is correct. Wheels with normal widebody offsets stick out too far on a narrow body car. Here is a link to an offset calculator that will tell you exactly how much more a widebody wheel will extend (move to the outside) compared to the same wheel with a narrow body offset.
