Has anyone else noticed that the Dead pedal is an inch or two higher than the accelerator, yet lower than the clutch? This makes cruising really uncomfortable, as your legs are bent at different angles. Maybe this is why I'm still struggling to get comfortable in this 2007 Cab4S.

According to the owner's manual, this can be fixed in one of five ways:
- Administer CPR and see if you can get dead pedal back to life, then adjust.
- Wait for dead pedal to decompose.
- Drive with your left foot barefoot.
- Put a brick under your right butt cheek.
- Got to gym, work out left leg really hard, then kick dead pedal further back.

Never noticed. Maybe a little higher. But one leg can sit a little different without the other one complaining. They don't demand to be in identical positions. For me anyway.......

I sat in a John Cooper Mini Challenge rase car, it's dead pedal was equal to the height of the clutch pedal.
What's your problem, just drive your car!!!!

And just why does it matter? If you're "cruising" you shouldn't have you're foot clutch anyways.
By definition at some point the dead pedal is NOT going to be the same height as any of the live pedals. If the gas pedal is always the same height then you're not going anywhere. If it is the same height as the brake then you're never going to stop. If the clutch is at the same height then you're never going to shift.
