Default 997 resale prices

How are the prices for the 997's holding up post Stock market crash?
I am toying with the idea of picking up an 05 if I can get a good deal on one.

I would like to get one between 40-45k. Possible?

AutoTrader has 157 listings within 500 miles of New York for Porsche 997 2006 models alone. I took a quick look but I didn't see any that low. Depends on mileage.

Here you go:
THere are 14 of the 997 that are for sale between $45-$49. I called two of them and they were willing to go down to $44K/$45K. Looking myself..
